At KittySupps, we want you to be completely obsessed with your new look, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn apparel. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn garments back in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and protective liners are still intact.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed by our team.
